When the owner of Franny B Good asked us to introduce their collar charms for dogs, she initially planned a B2C launch, but our strategic research showed a B2B launch to pet retailers and gift & souvenir stores would be far more impactful. We developed the brand a name, a positioning strategy, and a dynamic social media campaign. 

But we also saw a powerful impulse buy that would get retailers drooling. So we planned and executed a comprehensive introductory initiative at the largest national pet trade show, SuperZoo 2018, including booth design, sales materials and premium concepts. 

In less than one month Franny B Good had nationwide distribution, and tails were wagging all around.
